Great Canadian Youth Migration
The Family YMCA of Prince George just wrapped up a life-changing experience on the Great Canadian Youth Migration. 5 youth from Prince George joined forces with youth from New Aiyansh (our partner YMCA) to travel across the country to Toronto to share experiences and growth with youth from a Newcomer YLC in North York. The youth from Toronto then came to BC and we got to show them our home communities.

The 5 youth from PG will be forming the first YLC here at the Family YMCA of Prince George. More info on joining the YLC will be available soon!
Assisted Membership
The Family YMCA of Prince George doesn't turn anyway away due to inability to pay. Youth who currently participate in programming or receive services at YAP can be supported in applying for Assisted Memberships at the YMCA. For more information on Assisted Memberships please check out the YMCA's website.
Coordination and Community Service
The Family YMCA of Prince George is responsible for coordinating YAP as well as providing support through ACCESS. If you'd like more information on the YMCA at YAP please call the Coordinator at 250-565-6298.
